1. Is my ticket refundable?
No, the ticket is not refundable. However, you can sell your ticket to someone else or you can change the date of your reservation to 24 hours before the class starts.
Simply contact us by email at: heelsup@outlook.com or by phone/What's App at +44 7731 466134 and we will help you with the rebooking. (e.g you booked a ticket for the 13th July 8.30-10 pm and you can change the date of the class you will be attending within 8.30 pm of the 12th of July).
2. Is this class suitable for beginners?
This class is suitable for all levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced.
3. What kind of heels are suitable for this class?
I recommend stiletto heels with good ankle support and no platform at the front. However, if you have chunky boots or Latin heels shoes you can start with those and when you will feel more comfortable you can change to stilettos.
